Spring  Close-up

With the Spring Concert behind us, we are already planning for our Christmas Concert, which will be held on Thursday, December 10th at 7:00 pm and on Sunday, December 13th at 4:00 pm. As always, the Concert will be in the High School Auditorium.  Our rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, September 15th in the High School Band Room.

The Board wants to thank all our singers in the Spring Concert for an exceptionally fine performance! At our Board meeting, we said goodbye to four of our members; John Widmer, Lillian Steele, Matthew Brunson and Tiffany Brunson. We thank them for their dedication and service! We also welcomed our new Board members; Charlotte Ann Jones, Nancy Smith, David Swindells, and Becky Walker. At that time we also elected new officers: Sue Diffee, President; Larry Baisdon, Vice President; Perry Schjolin, Secretary; Charlotte Ann Jones, Treasurer; and Nancy Smith has agreed to be our Artistic Director.

We are hoping to reclaim some of our Choir members that were not able to sing with us this Spring. If you know of anyone who loves to sing and would like to join our group, please invite them or better yet, bring them with you when we begin rehearsals in September. We wish you all a very restful and wonderful summer and we hope to see you in the fall!!
