The Pagosa Springs Community Choir started the 2010 Concert Season with a celebration of Spring with its performance of "Come to the Music" at the High School Auditorium on June 4th and 6th.

Congratulations to the choir members, soloists, accompanist,  Director and support crew for a rousing experience.

The next concert will be Friday, December 3rd and Saturday, December 4th at 7:00 pm: Sunday, December 5th at 4:00 pm at the High School Auditorium. Larry Elginer will return as director for the Christmas Concerts.

Registration and Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, September 7th at the High School Band Room. Registration will begin at 6:15 pm and rehearsals will begin at 7:00 pm. Weekly rehearsals will be each Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the High School Band Room.  Bring your musically inclined friends with you!

Its About Giving To The Community

•The Pagosa Springs Community Choir (PSCC) consists of sixty to ninety volunteers. The Choir performs at least two free community concerts a year.
•The PSCC provides opportunities for singers to practice and perform choral music in a large ensemble.
•Members are recruited from Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area.
•Members will have the opportunity to learn to sing as a group and develop skills in reading music, proper vocalization, stage presence and performance.
•Opportunities are available to assist with lighting, staging, sound and video production, and publicity.

We already have the dates for the 2011 Spring Concert: Friday, May 13th, at 7:00 pm and Saturday, May 14th at 7:00 pm.  There will only be 2 Spring Concerts.  Rehearsals will begin in early February for the Spring Concerts.
